Returns

It’s really important for us and our business that you as a customer are pleased with your purchase from us. We can often offer advice to help you get the best performance from your bars.

However if you’re not entirely satisfied with part or all of your order we offer a 60 day exchange or refund policy on our bars.

Just get in touch via email within 60 days of your order, on family@kinkind.co.uk for a free exchange or refund

If you’ve ordered as a gift for someone else, then it’s 60 days from when they receive the product (for example at Christmas). 

*We can only accept returns once per product over a 365 day period and we have maximum refund limit of up to £50 per customer over a 1 year period.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should send your product to: KinKind Ltd, Hurst Field, The Drive, Bourne End, Bucks, SL8 5RE, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
